This creative studio features so many interesting features, we can’t wait to get to work constructing this space at the start of the year.
The client needed a fresh space for their creative needs, the left internal wall features a cork wall for the client to utilise and pin their inspiration pictures, post cards and keep sake material to. This is a lovely addition to really personalise a creative space.
The client chose a sisal carpet which is a popular choice for garden rooms at the moment, it gives a real natural and cosy feel to a garden room.
This creative studio will be looking out onto the rest of the clients beautiful garden from the bifold doors.
Our client requires storage space in their studio, therefore we included a high level window on the rear elevation with a reveal allowing the space below the window to be utilised.
With the roof light, bifolds and rear window there is plenty of natural light for our client to work with when getting creative in their studio.
The sedum roof works perfectly here because the clients garden is slightly slopped, so when you look out of the windows of their home specifically from the upstairs rooms you’ll see the sedum roof on the studio in great depth which provides a much more natural look and blends the studio in with the garden.
